Shipping & Returns

Please make sure you read the below before placing an order, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact page.

Delivery - Products will be delivered at the address you share with us. You guarantee that the delivery address provided is correct and complete, that the products can actually be delivered there and that someone is at the address to take possession of the goods from the delivery service used. 

If delivery of the products appears to be impossible, the postal service will be at liberty to deliver your order at the most suitable location or to take the order back at your own risk, and expense, to possibly store them elsewhere and/or possibly deliver them at a later time. We are not responsible if any delays occur due to missing address information or if no one is at the address to take delivery of the goods.

We cannot be held accountable for any damages or loss of products caused by the postal services.

Shipping - Moments currently only ship our physical products to the EU and UK. We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please be aware that during holidays, it may take longer to prepare and deliver your order. All orders are carefully packed with mostly reused, recycled or recyclable packaging.

Shipping times and rates will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, fees and taxes, which are always the responsibility of the customer. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery. 

If you refuse delivery of the Order due to a customs charge, the Products will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. In that case, the Order is not eligible for any return. Moments is not liable for the loss of the Products or any additional costs as a result of your refusal.


Returns - Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, we are available to help address any concerns you may have.

Damage - If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In your email, please make sure to include your name, proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the item. We will carefully review the situation and contact the postal services to open a claim, however we cannot guarantee any return, exchange or refund.
